The IOQM exam date 2026 is scheduled for September 6, 2026 (Sunday).

2.Provide Geo-Location Link:Step 2.
Open a parallel tab on Google Maps, look up your exact school layout, right-click to copy the location link, and paste it directly into the application sheet.
3.Verify Contact Details and Upload ID:Step 3.
Enter the active contact details for the school Principal and assigned Center In-charge. Complete the mobile and email validation via OTP. Upload the institutional ID or an authorized school letterhead bearing an official seal.
4.Confirm Capacity and Activate Portal:Step 4.
Enter your maximum student accommodation capacity and submit your bank details. After submission, use the Principal's mobile number to process the 'Center Activation' step to receive your unique system login credentials.

For students whose schools are not operating as active evaluation hubs, direct individual registration opens from 29-June-2026:
Access Portal: Go to the official student portal on ioqm.mtai.org.in and select individual enrollment.
Upload Documents: Upload a recent passport-sized photograph, an authorized identity card (Aadhaar or Birth Certificate), and an active school ID or current fee receipt.
Complete Payment: Process the category-based registration fee. The fee structure stands at ₹180 for Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) students, and ₹300 for all other school systems.
After successful centre registration, the next step is activation. This ensures your centre is ready for student registration and other administrative tasks.
To activate your centre, visit the website homepage and select "Centre Activation," then click "Activate Now." Enter the principal's registered mobile number. A 6-digit activation OTP will be sent via SMS and email. Enter this OTP and click "Activate." Upon successful activation, your Username and Password will be sent to the registered Principal and In-charge via SMS and Email.
Once your centre is activated, you can log in to manage your account and student registrations.
From the website Home page, select "Centre Login" and click on "Centre Login." Enter the Username and Password that you received via SMS and Email during activation. Click "Login" to access and manage your centre account.
