Pre-Departure Camp of IOQM 2025

The Pre-Departure Camp of IOQM 2025 is a focused IOQM 13 Day Camp specifically designed for selected students to enhance their final preparation for the Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM). This camp is organized by Olympiad Wallah, a part of Physics Wallah, and provides mentorship, study materials, and a competitive learning environment.

The Open Mega Test for the Pre-Departure Camp (PDC) of IOQM 2025 by Physics Wallah is now over. However, candidates who have appeared in IOQM or cleared Stage 1 earlier can still join the camp through direct entry. To do this, students must fill out the official Google form. After submitting the form, their applications will be verified. Once verified, they will be called for an interview, and only those who clear the interview can have an entry in the Pre-departure camp for IOQM (PDC). 

Important Update for Applicants: All seats for the Offline Batch have now been filled. However, applicants still have the opportunity to join the Online Batch. Selection will be based on your application and interview performance. If you meet the required standards, you will be granted access to the Online Batch. IOQM Camp Workshop

The IOQM Camp Workshop is a 13 days special training program for students selected for the Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM). In this camp, students get expert guidance for IOQM 2025 Final Strategy, lots of practice in solving maths problems, and personal support to improve their skills. It helps them understand concepts better, become more confident, and get ready for the final Olympiad rounds. The camp also encourages teamwork and learning with other talented maths students.

What is IOQM PDC?

The IOQM Pre-Departure Camp is a high-level preparation program. It is for students who are among the top performers in Maths Olympiads. The camp includes sessions, mock tests, and strategy classes to help students perform better in the IOQM 2025 exam.

This camp is your last chance to revise and strengthen your preparation before the actual exam. It focuses on tough problems, smart methods, and confidence-building.

IOQM 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To appear for IOQM 2025 students must meet the following eligibility conditions:

• Must be born between August 1, 2006, and July 31, 2013.

• Must be studying in Class 8 to 12 in a recognized Indian school.

• Must possess an Indian Passport. OCI card holders are provisionally eligible.

• Must have lived or studied in India on or before October 30, 2023.

• Must NOT have qualified (or be scheduled to appear for) Class 12 board examination earlier than 30 October 2025.

• Must not be enrolled in any university or equivalent institution before June 1, 2026.

IOQM 2025 Syllabus

The syllabus for the Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM) 2025 is designed to test deep mathematical understanding at the Class 8 to Class 12 level. 

Topics like number theory, algebra, geometry, and combinatorics often carry high weightage. Students preparing for IOQM should refer to the class-wise syllabus below:

Who Can Join the PDC?

The camp is not open for everyone. Only selected students can attend. Here is how students are chosen:

1. IOQM PDC 2025 Direct Entry (Now Open): Students who have appeared in IOQM or cleared Stage 1 earlier can join PDC by filling the Google Form, getting their application verified, and attending an interview.
2. Faculty-Nominated Students: If you are a consistent performer in PW’s internal Maths Olympiad batches,your dedication and improvement may earn you a direct nomination by our faculty.
3. Open Mega Test Toppers (Closed): The Mega Test held on 20th July and 3rd August 2025 is now over.

If you score really well, you’ll be shortlisted. After that, there will be a short interview round. If you do well there, you’ll be selected for the camp.

Pre-Departure Camp Special Support for Non-Residents of Kota

The Pre-Departure Camp (PDC) for IOQM offers full support to students coming from outside Kota. To make their journey hassle-free, Physics Wallah IOQM Camp will arrange a free to-and-fro train journey (3rd AC or equivalent) from the student’s native place to Kota. 

During the camp, students will be provided with complete boarding and lodging facilities, with separate accommodation for boys and girls to ensure comfort and safety. This support makes it easier for all selected students to attend the IOQM 13 Day Camp without any financial burden.
