RCF Sports Quota Application Form 2026

• Put signatures in both Hindi and English alongside a left-hand thumb print on the bottom edge.

RCF Sports Quota Eligibility Criteria 2026

Applicants must satisfy the standard conditions of age, school education, and sports achievements to qualify, as mentioned in the RCF Sports Quota Eligibility Criteria 2026. 

Age Limit

The minimum age must be 18 years, and the maximum age should not cross 25 years as of July 01, 2026. No relaxation in the upper or lower age borders is permitted for any category under this open scheme.

Minimum Education

• Level 1 Posts: Passed the 10th standard exam, or hold an ITI certificate, or possess a National Apprenticeship Certificate given by NCVT.

• Level 2 Posts: Passed the 10th class exam or hold a completed course and an Act Apprentice/ITI certificate in specific trades.

• Level 4/5 Posts: Hold a valid graduation degree from a recognised college. Good computer typing speed in English or Hindi is mandatory.

Sports Performance Levels

The tournaments counted for eligibility must be from the ongoing or previous two years, starting from April 01, 2024. The player must be fully active. For Level 1, a player should have represented the country in the Commonwealth or Asian Championships, or earned at least a 3rd position in the senior Federation Cup, or reached up to the 8th rank in Senior National events. Higher levels require World Cup representations or top three medals in National Games and Inter-University meets.

RCF Sports Quota Selection Process 2026

RCF Sports Quota Selection Process 2026 comprises screening of the applicants based on their sports achievements of the candidates. Physical fitness is considered in the screening process. 

The total score is calculated out of 100 marks:

• Sports Certificates Evaluation: 50 Marks

• Field Trials and Coach Feedback: 40 Marks

• School and College Education: 10 Marks

A candidate must score a minimum of 25 marks out of 40 in the field trial to be declared "FIT". Unfit players will be eliminated from the next phases. The final selection requires crossing the total baseline score based on the level applied for. The passing limits are 60 marks for Level 1, 65 marks for Level 2, and 70 marks for Level 4 or Level 5.

RCF Sports Quota Salary 2026

Selected candidates will receive salaries based on the 7th Central Pay Commission scales. RCF Sports Quota Salary 2026 structure depending on the pay level of the candidates. 

• Employees in Level 1 receive a grade pay of Rs. 1800 within the Rs. 5200-20200 band.

• Level 2 candidates start with a grade pay of Rs. 1900. Level 4 and Level 5 officials receive a higher grade pay of Rs. 2400 and Rs. 2800, respectively. 

• Appointees in the technician tracks must undergo a mandatory training framework of up to two years, during which regular stipends are given out.
