The Railway  Recruitment Board (RRB) will accept the Assistant Loco Pilot applications only through the online mode. Candidates need to ensure that they submit the form and make the fee payment before the RRB ALP apply online last date. The deadline for the form submission is June 14, and the fee payment is due June 16, 2026.

How to fill the RRB ALP Application Form?

• Go to the Official Website: Open the internet browser and visit the website rrbapply.gov.in.

• Create an Account: Click on the registration link. Enter basic details like name, email address, and mobile number. A registration number and password will be sent to your phone and email.

• Log In: Use the registration number and password to open the main form.

• Fill in the Details: Type the educational information, address, and personal details carefully. Choose the preferred railway zone and exam language.

• Upload Documents: Upload a clear passport-size photo and a digital signature in the correct size and format.

• Pay the Fee: Use a debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI to pay the exam fee.

• Submit and Print: Check all the details one final time. Submit the form and print a copy for future use.

RRB ALP Application Fee 2026

• General, OBC, and EWS Categories: The fee is 500 Rupees. Candidates will get a refund of 400 Rupees after they attend the first computer-based exam (CBT 1).

• SC, ST, Female, Transgender, and Ex-Servicemen Categories: The fee is 250 Rupees. Candidates will get a full refund of 250 Rupees after they attend the first computer-based exam (CBT 1).

• Payment Method: The application fee must be paid online.

RRB ALP Correction Window 2026

• Important Dates: The modification window is open from June 17, 2026, to June 26, 2026.

• Correction Fee: A payment of 250 Rupees is required for every modification request. This fee is non-refundable.

• What Cannot Be Changed: Details entered during the "Create an Account" step and the chosen RRB zone cannot be edited under any condition.
