 How To Apply for the RRB Group D Exam?

Candidates should follow the steps to apply for the RRB Group D exam. 

Step 1: Visit the Official Site: Go to the RRB official website. 

Step 2: Create an Account: Click on "Apply" then "Create an Account". (Skip this if you already have an account from a 2024/2025 RRB notification.

Step 3: Login: Candidates should use the registered mobile number/email and password to log in.

Step 4: Fill Application: Select the CEN 09/2025 (Group D) notification and click "Apply".

Step 5: Enter Details: Fill out the personal, educational (10th/ITI), and community details.

Step 6: Upload Documents: Photo: Colour passport size (35mm x 45mm, JPEG, 15–40 KB).

• Signature: JPEG, 10–20 KB.

• Caste Certificate: (If applicable) PDF, 50–100 KB.

Step 7: Pay Fee: Pay the application fee via UPI, Net Banking, or Card.

Step 8: Submit: Review all details, submit the form, and download the printout.

RRB Group D Registration Fee 2026

Candidates need to pay the RRB Group D Registration Fee 2026 to submit the application through the online mode. The fee is refundable based on the category of the candidate. Candidates can get the fee refunded after appearing for the RRB Group D CBT exam. 

• General / OBC / EWS: ₹500 (₹400 refunded after appearing in CBT).

• SC / ST / PwBD / Female / Transgender / Ex-SM: ₹250 (Full ₹250 refunded after appearing in CBT).

Eligibility Criteria For RRB Group D Exam

The RRB Group D Eligibility Criteria has been defined to filter out the candidates in the application process only. Candidates need to fulfil the eligibility requirements to apply for the Group D posts.
