RRB Group D Fee Refund: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) conducts the Group D exam to recruit individuals for various roles within the Indian Railways. One of the important aspects for candidates willing to appear for the RRB Group D exam is the fee refund. The RRB Group D exam will begin from February 2 to February 10, 2026.  Candidates who will appear in the Group D examination will get a fee refund depending on the category. RRB Group D Fee Refund Process

The process for receiving the RRB Group D fee refund is simple. Candidates have specific options for providing their account details.

1. Confirmation of Refund Account: If candidates wish to receive their refund in the account used for the application fee payment, they must confirm their existing bank details.

2. Alternative Account Details: Candidates preferring a different account must provide the Beneficiary Name, Account Number, Bank Name, and IFSC Code.

3. Payment via Post Office or SBI Challan: Those who paid fees through a Post Office or SBI Challan are required to provide beneficiary account details (Beneficiary Name, Account Number, Bank Name, and IFSC Code) in the online application. Failure to do so will result in non-receipt of the refund.

Eligibility Criteria for RRB Group D Fee Refund

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria required to get the RRB Group D Fee Refund. 

• Attendance: The candidate must have appeared for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) as scheduled by the RRB.

• Valid Bank Account: The refund will be credited to the bank account provided during the application process. Accurate and up-to-date details are essential.

• Correct Application Details: All personal and bank details provided in the application form must be correct and match the candidate’s official records.
