RRB Group D Computer-Based Exam

RRB Group D Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

After the CBT, qualified candidates are called for the PET. The PET is a physical test. It is a qualifying test. It does not add to the final score. A candidate must pass it to move on. The PET has two parts.

• Weight Lifting Test:

• Male candidates: They must lift and carry a 35 kg weight. The distance is 100 meters. The time limit is 2 minutes. They must do it in one go.

• Female candidates: They must lift and carry a 20 kg weight. The distance is 100 meters. The time limit is 2 minutes. They must do it in one go.

• Running Test:

• Male candidates: They must run 1000 meters. The time limit is 4 minutes and 15 seconds. This is one chance.

• Female candidates: They must run 1000 meters. The time limit is 5 minutes and 40 seconds. This is also one chance.

Candidates with disabilities are exempt from the PET. They have to pass the medical exam later. A candidate must be physically fit for this test.

RRB Group D Document Verification

Candidates who pass both the CBT and PET move to this stage. This is an important step. A candidate's original documents are checked here. All details must match the application form.
