RRB Group D PET Admit Card 2026 Out: The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) Prayagraj has released the RRB Group D PET Admit Card 2026 on 18 July 2026. Candidates who qualified in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) can now download their hall ticket from the official RRC website. RRB Group D Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the Prayagraj zone will be held from 25 July to 28 July 2026.

RRB Group D PET Admit Card 2026 Download Link is active for candidates of the Prayagraj zone. Eligible candidates can download the hall ticket by visiting the official RRC website. The admit card can be accessed by entering the Registration Number and Password or Date of Birth. After downloading the admit card, candidates should check all the details printed on it. It is also a good idea to keep two or three printed copies for the PET.

Important instructions
The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) checks whether candidates are physically fit for the job. The test includes a weight-carrying task and a running task. Male and female candidates have different qualifying standards.
Weight Carrying Task
Lift and carry 35 kg of weight for a distance of 100 metres within 2 minutes in one go.
The weight must not be put down during the test.
Running Task
Run 1000 metres (1 km) in 4 minutes and 15 seconds.
Height and Weight Criteria
General/OBC/SC: Minimum height of 165 cm.
ST: Minimum height of 160 cm.
Weight should be proportionate to the candidate's height.
Weight Carrying Task
Lift and carry 20 kg of weight for a distance of 100 metres within 2 minutes in one go.
The weight must not be put down during the test.
Running Task
Run 1000 metres (1 km) in 5 minutes and 40 seconds.
Height and Weight Criteria
Minimum height of 152 cm.
Minimum weight of 45 kg.
The weight-carrying task is conducted first during the PET.
Candidates who fail the weight-carrying task will be eliminated immediately and will not be allowed to appear for the running test.
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) are fully exempted from the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
Candidates should carry the following documents to the PET centre:

Original photo identity proof
Passport-size photographs, if mentioned
Other documents listed in the admit card
Candidates should follow these instructions on the day of the PET:
Reach the venue before the reporting time.
Carry the admit card and original photo ID.
Wear comfortable sports clothes and shoes.
Follow all instructions given by the officials.
Do not carry prohibited items.
Read all instructions printed on the admit card carefully.
