RRB Group D Physical Dates 2026 Out: The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), North Western Railway, Jaipur has released the RRB Group D Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Schedule 2026 for candidates provisionally shortlisted under Centralized Employment Notice (CEN) No. 08/2024 for Level-1 posts.
According to the official notice issued on 8 July 2026, the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be conducted from 29 July 2026 to 1 August 2026 at G.L.O. Ground, A.D.S.A. Stadium, Near DRM Office, Mall Road, Ajmer (Rajasthan).
The CBT result for 2,373 provisionally shortlisted candidates was declared on 1 July 2026 and published on the official website of Railway Recruitment Cell, Jaipur.

RRB Group D Physical Test Standards 2026
The official notice has prescribed the following Physical Efficiency Test (PET) standards.
For Male Candidates

Carry 35 kg weight for 100 metres in 2 minutes without putting the weight down.

Run 1000 metres in 4 minutes 15 seconds in one chance.
For Female Candidates

Carry 20 kg weight for 100 metres in 2 minutes without putting the weight down.

Run 1000 metres in 5 minutes 40 seconds in one chance.
PET Call Letter Details
The Railway Recruitment Cell will send information regarding the Physical Efficiency Test to the registered mobile number and email address of the shortlisted candidates through SMS and email. Candidates can then download their PET e-Call Letter for appearing in the physical test.
