RRB NTPC CBTST Cut Off Marks 2026

The Railway Recruitment Board has also released revised cutoff marks for candidates shortlisted for Document Verification.

• For Category Numbers 1, 3, 4 and 5, the cut-off has been prepared based on marks obtained in CBT 2 out of 100 and the qualifying status in the Computer Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST).
• For Category Number 2, the cut-off marks have been calculated using 70% of CBT 2 marks and 30% of CBAT marks.
• The cutoff marks vary according to category and railway zone. The final cut-off may increase or decrease after Document Verification and Medical Examination based on merit, post preference, medical fitness, and available vacancies.

 What happens after the RRB NTPC CBTST Result 2026?

Candidates who have been shortlisted in the result will have to appear for Document Verification and Medical Examination. The board will send the details of the Document Verification schedule through email, SMS, and the official website. The e-call letter will contain the reporting date, time, and instructions for the next stages.

After completing Document Verification, candidates will be sent to nominated Railway Hospitals for medical examination. Candidates should be prepared to stay for three to four days to complete both processes.

 It is important to note that being called for Document Verification does not guarantee a final appointment in the Railways. Final selection will depend on merit, document verification, medical fitness, and the vacancy position.
