| Particular | Marks |
| Total Questions | 100 |
| Correct Answer | +1 |
| Wrong Answer | -⅓ |
| Unattempted Question | 0 |
Use the following formula:
Raw Score = Correct Answers − (Incorrect Answers × ⅓)
Suppose you attempted 90 questions:
Correct Answers = 72
Incorrect Answers = 18
Calculation:
Positive Marks = 72
Negative Marks = 18 × ⅓ = 6
Expected Score = 66 Marks
This gives a fair estimate of your performance before the official result.
| Category | Minimum Qualifying Percentage |
| General | 40% |
| EWS | 40% |
| OBC | 30% |
| SC | 30% |
| ST | 30% |
Meeting the qualifying marks does not guarantee selection, as the final shortlist depends on cut-off marks and merit.
Once the objection window closes:
RRB will review all objections.
The Final Answer Key will be prepared.
CBT 1 Result will be announced.
Scorecards and category-wise cut-offs will be released.
