Chandrashekar Rao, known as KCR, is a key leader in Telangana politics. Born on February 17, 1954, he led the fight for Telangana to become a separate state. As the founder of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) party, he helped Telangana form on June 2, 2014.
