The SSC is introducing a smart AI Chatbot on its website. Think of this as a digital assistant that never sleeps. Candidates can ask questions about their registration, exam dates, or how to reset a password; they can type it into the chat. theyget instant answers 24/7 without needing to wait for a person to reply to an email or answer a phone call.
SSC has introduced the Aadhaar-based biometric verification for the candidates. Candidates will go through Aadhaar-based authentication. It can include scanning their fingerprint or face (Iris/Retina scan). It stops cheating and ensures that only the genuine candidate who applied is the one taking the test. It protects the hard work of honest students.
The RFP focuses heavily on a "Technology & Operations Partner" to handle the entire "Examination Life Cycle."
For the Candidate: Digital Processing is used for evaluation and data management; the time between taking the exam and seeing the merit list will be reduced.
Result: A candidate will no longer have to wait for many months to know their exam result.
The SSC has launched a new website and an SSC mobile app called "MySSC." The application process is now "one-time." A candidate fills in their basic details once (One-Time Registration). For future exams, they just need to log in and select the exam they want to take. The "MySSC" app allows a candidate to take a live photo using their phone camera. The photo should meet the requirements. It can reduce the chances of the application rejection.
