SSC Reopens CPO 2025 Slot Selection Window for Candidates Who Missed Earlier

SSC has reopened the Central Police Organisation (CPO) 2025 slot selection for candidates who skipped the initial window. City slips are out, and 2025 vacancies have been updated.

The Staff Selection Commission has given one final chance to candidates of the Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPF Examination 2025 who did not use the earlier self-slot selection option. These applicants can now choose their exam city through the feedback module on ssc.gov.in. The facility will remain open until 11 a.m. on December 4, 2025. This option is only for those who missed the original deadline of November 21. According to the Commission, the city will be assigned on a “best effort basis,” depending on available seats. Candidates who ignore this last window will not be allowed to sit for the computer-based test, and no admit card will be issued to them.

Those who already completed their selection earlier have received their SSC CPO 2025 city intimation slips. The SSC CPO exam will be conducted from December 9 to 12, 2025, for 5,308 vacancies in Delhi Police and CAPFs. The recruitment process includes Paper I, the physical standard/physical endurance tests, Paper II, and the Detailed Medical Examination.

About the vacancies 

In another update, the Commission has published the tentative vacancies for Multi-Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) and Havaldar posts under CBIC and CBN for the 2025 cycle. A total of 7,948 posts have been listed across various states and Union Territories. The updated figures as of November 27 show 6,078 vacancies in the 18–25 age group for MTS, 732 posts in the 18–27 category, and 1,138 Havaldar vacancies under CBIC and CBN.

Separately, SSC has issued the city intimation slip for the Sub-Inspector exam under CPO 2025 for candidates who used the service during the first window. It can be downloaded from ssc.gov.in. The feedback module has also been reopened through candidate login for those who could not choose their city earlier. This facility remains active until 11 a.m. on December 4, 2025. Applicants who do not select their city during this period will not be included in the examination process, and their admit cards will not be generated.

Steps to download the city slip:

1. Go to ssc.gov.in.

2. Open the “Login” section and enter your registration number and password.

3. Select the “City Slip” option.

4. View the slip and download it for later use.
