• Write important physics formulas on sticky notes and paste them on your study table and in the room. Seeing them every day will help you memorize without extra effort.

• Focus on understanding concepts through real-life applications. For example, when studying Newton’s Laws of Motion, observe how a moving bicycle stops when brakes are applied (frictional force). Relating the concepts to daily life improves retention and comprehension.

• Every night before sleeping, recall whatever you studied that day in just 10 minutes. This is like a daily mind workout that makes your memory stronger.

• Create simple mnemonics to memorize difficult scientific terms and sequences.
