JAC Board Class 9th Syllabus 2025: The Jharkhand Academic Council started conducting board exams for Class 9th in 2022. It aims to provide early exposure to the exam pattern of board examinations and prepare students for higher classes. The subjects included in the syllabus for Class 9 are Maths, Hindi, Social Science, English, and Science.

JAC Board Class 9th Syllabus 2025 Exam Format

The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has structured the Class 9 exam in a balanced and a structured way to help students prepare accordingly. The written exams of the main subjects are divided into three main sittings, each sitting consists of two core subjects followed by practical exams to test application-based knowledge. Here's a breakdown of the exam format:

Sitting I – Paper 1: Hindi + English

• Marks: 40 (Hindi) + 40 (English) = 80 Marks

Sitting II – Paper 2: Mathematics + Science

• Marks: 40 (Math) + 40 (Science) = 80 Marks

Sitting III – Paper 3: Social Science + Third Language

• Marks: 40 (Social Science) + 40 (Language) = 80 Marks

Practical Exams

• Conducted for core subjects
• Marks: 20 Marks each for 3 subjects = 60 Marks

The Total Score: 80 (Paper 1) + 80 (Paper 2) + 80 (Paper 3) + 60 (Practicals) = 300 Marks

How to Prepare with JAC Board Class 9th Syllabus 2025?

• The JAC Board Class 9 Syllabus 2025 allows students to analyze the mark distribution of all five subjects: Social Science, Maths, Hindi, Science, and English. This helps students prioritize topics with higher weightage to score well.
