The MP Board also releases a separate PDF of Practical Assessment on its official website which includes the details about the practical exam for each subject for Classes 9th to 12th. A picture of the practical assessment marks division i.e., 30 marks is given below. Students must refer to it for preparation:
The MP Board syllabus is divided into key units like Physical World and Measurement, Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Work, Energy and Power, Thermodynamics, Oscillations, etc. Start with easier units like Physical World, then gradually move to concept-heavy ones like Laws of Motion and Thermodynamics.
Units such as Work, Energy and Power and Laws of Motion generally carry more marks. Prioritize these during your preparation and make sure you’re confident in solving both numerical and theoretical questions from these topics.
The MP Board syllabus is based on NCERT. Make NCERT your primary study resource and ensure you complete every example and exercise question from chapters included in the syllabus.
Chapters like Oscillations and Thermodynamics often contain important derivations and graphical questions. Practice these thoroughly and revise them frequently.
If a particular unit is allotted more marks, revise and practice questions from that unit more often. This improves your chances of scoring well in the exam.
