  • If the information above is accurate, candidates must send one of the two files listed below:
  1. Aadhaar Card

  • It is necessary to include a current, 4 cm by 3 cm photo of the candidate.

Proforma B
  • The Proforma B is intended for candidates, not West Bengali citizens. Nonetheless, the state owns the home or permanent address of their parents.
  • When completing the form, all residence information must be entered.
  • Photographs of the candidate and their parents, about 4 cm by 3 cm, should be attached.
Proforma of Income Certificate
  • This form requires the candidate's total annual income to be provided.
  • Applicants must complete it concerning LPA (lakh per annum).
  • Candidates must submit the state's post office and police station information in the address section.
  • It is necessary to attach the seal, signature, and official authority's signature.
