OJEE Counselling 2025: Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB) conducts the OJEE Counselling 2025 for MBA, MTech, MCA, LE BTech, BTech, BArch, and others based on ranks obtained in OJEE and other accepted exams (e.g., JEE Main, NEET, GATE, CAT, MAT).
OJEE Counselling 2025 Registration Date for 2nd OJEE/Special OJEE B. TECH/ JEE Main Rank Holders is July 24 to 28, 2025, followed by the display of the final allotment result on 1st August 2025.
Once the OJEE Seat Allotment Results are declared, candidates will need to take part in the counselling process, which includes uploading the necessary documents and paying a part-admission fee online. Only after completing these steps can newly allotted candidates access and download their allotment letters.
Allotment for 2nd OJEE/Special OJEE candidates will be made only from the seats that are still vacant. So, it is important for candidates to be careful while selecting their choices for the second or special round under OJEE 2025 Counselling.
If a candidate does not get a seat in the first and second rounds, or if their allotment gets cancelled but they are still eligible for further rounds, they’ll have the option to change their choices by giving their consent, the notice added.
The OJEE board announces the final seat allotment once the counselling process is complete. Candidates can log in with their credentials to take part in the counselling.

OJEE Counselling Process 2025 involves a structured sequence: online registration with fee payment, choice filling and locking, seat allotment rounds with upgrade options, and document upload.
OJEE Seat Allotment 2025 will be done through fee payment and verification, all conducted primarily online with some physical reporting for final admission.
To apply, candidates need to sign up on the official OJEE website using their application number, name, date of birth, and other personal details.
They will also need to provide information about their educational background, category, income certificate, and bank details for paying the application fee.
If you are applying for courses like MBA, MCA, or MTech, make sure to select your qualifying exam score—such as OJEE, GATE, CAT, or others—as part of the process.
Pay the counselling fee of Rs. 450 online to complete registration.
A password is generated for the account to access the counselling portal.
After fee payment, candidates select preferred colleges and courses from the available list.
Candidates can add, edit, reorder, or delete preferences before final locking.
Once choices are locked, no changes can be made.
A mock seat allotment list was released on July 1, 2025.
Temporary seat allotments are made based on ranks and choices filled. Candidates can view their provisional allotment online.
Candidates must not report to the allotted institutions at this provisional stage.
An option-based upgradation system allows candidates to exercise “Freeze” or “Float” option for seat confirmation or upgradation in the next rounds. Once exercised, this cannot be changed.
Candidates who receive provisional seat allotment must upload the required documents for verification.
Pay the part admission or seat confirmation fee (e.g., Rs. 25,000) online or as directed (such as through e-Challan at specified banks).
Document verification and fee payment are mandatory to confirm admission; failure leads to cancellation of the allotted seat and removal from further counselling rounds.
After provisional allotment and fee payment, candidates may be required to report physically or online at nodal centres for final admission formalities.
