Visit the official Centralised Admission Portal at www.wbcap.in.

Enter your valid User ID and Password to log in to your account.

After logging in, your dashboard will display the details of the allotted college and course based on the merit list.

You can view the merit rank, merit index, merit list, and seat allotment list related to your application.

Download and print the merit list and allotment letter for your records.

Confirm your admission by completing the online admission procedures within the scheduled dates.
WB College Admission 2025 Merit List
Once the WB College Admission 2025 Merit List is announced, candidates who have been assigned seats must complete their admission by paying the seat acceptance fee before the deadline. While proceeding, students should carefully note the following guidelines:
Admission payment can be made within the specified time frame. It is recommended not to wait until the last day to avoid any difficulties.
For any questions related to the allotted college, candidates should visit the official website of the respective institution.
Candidates should confirm admission against the seat allotted and may later opt for seat upgradation if available.
Those allotted seats under both the Reserved and Unreserved categories must choose only one option.
Payment of admission fees can be done via Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking, QR Code, or UPI. Ensure that the online payment method used has sufficient funds and supports online transactions.
Once the payment is successful, the candidate will be provisionally admitted and can download a provisional admission receipt from their student dashboard.
