The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced that the online application process for Assistant Education Development Officer (AEDO) 2025 will reopen from 5th to 12th December 2025. This provides another opportunity for candidates who missed the initial registration window. Aspirants can submit their applications through the official BPSC website: bpsc.bihar.gov.in. Candidates are advised to complete their applications well before the deadline to avoid technical issues at the last moment.
All candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 100 while submitting the online application. Applicants who do not provide their Aadhaar number as identity proof will need to pay an additional biometric fee of Rs. 200.
The BPSC AEDO examination consists of objective-type multiple-choice questions across three papers:

Each paper contains 100 questions worth 100 marks. The duration for each paper is 2 hours. For every correct answer, candidates earn 1 mark, while 1/3 mark is deducted for each wrong answer.
This structure ensures a fair evaluation of candidates’ knowledge and aptitude while maintaining a clear qualifying standard in the General Language section.
