CG TET Exam Pattern 2026 Paper Wise
CG TET 2026 Exam will be conducted in offline mode or pen and paper mode. It consists of a total of two papers which are- Paper I and Paper-II. In the year 2026, the examination will be held in two consecutive shifts, the first shift will be conducted for teachers of Class I to V and will be from 09:30 am to 12:15 pm and the second shift of the examination will be conducted from 02:00 pm to 04:45 pm for teachers of Class VI to VIII. CG TET Exam Paper II will also have a duration of 2.5 hours, mirroring Paper I. It will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with each question carrying a weight of 1 mark. Importantly, there will be no deductions for incorrect responses or for leaving questions unanswered in Paper II.
