CG TET Exam Pattern 2023 : The Chhattisgarh Teacher Eligibility Test (CGTET) is designed for individuals aspiring to pursue teaching careers in Chhattisgarh. This examination is administered by the Chhattisgarh and Punjab Examination Board (CPEB), adhering to the guidelines set by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Similar to exams in other states, the CG TET 2023 Examination is conducted in two separate sessions, one for Paper I and another for Paper II. CG TET Paper I is designed for primary category teachers (teaching classes 1 to 5), while CG TET Paper II is intended for higher primary category teachers (teaching classes 6 to 8).
CG TET Exam Pattern 2023
The Chhattisgarh Teacher Eligibility Test (CG TET) 2023 will be conducted offline in pen and paper mode to assess the eligibility of candidates for teaching positions at the primary and secondary levels in Chhattisgarh schools. The CG TET exam will consist of two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each paper will be 150 marks and 2.5 hours in duration. CG TET Exam Pattern 2023 Paper Wise
CG TET 2023 Exam will be conducted in offline mode or pen and paper mode. It consists of a total of two papers which are- Paper I and Paper-II. In the year 2023, the examination will be held in two consecutive shifts, the first shift will be conducted for teachers of Class I to V and will be from 09:30 am to 12:15 pm and the second shift of the examination will be conducted from 02:00 pm to 04:45 pm for teachers of Class VI to VIII. CG TET Exam Pattern 2023 Paper 2
CG TET Exam Paper II will also have a duration of 2.5 hours, mirroring Paper I. It will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with each question carrying a weight of 1 mark. Importantly, there will be no deductions for incorrect responses or for leaving questions unanswered in Paper II.
