TISSNET Counselling 2024: Tata Institute of Social Science will conduct the TISSNET Counselling 2024 after the written examination is held. The candidates will be required to complete the online assessment round and final selection to get a call for TISSNET Counselling 2024. TISSNET Counselling 2024

The TISSNET Counselling 2024 is conducted in the online mode. Candidates who qualify for the written exam followed by PI and Online Assessment will be called to attend the TISSNET Counselling round. In this round, the competent authorities will cross-verify the documents submitted by the candidates. Based on this, a merit list is prepared and final admission is offered to candidates based on that.

TISSNET Admission Process 2024

The TISSNET Admission process is based on two levels, online assessment and final selection. The candidates have to qualify for both rounds separately with high marks to get a call for the admission process. 1. Online Assessment

The TISSNET online assessment will be conducted in two levels, Exptempore reflection on a given topic and an online personal interview round. Both of these rounds will be held in online mode for a combined duration of 30 minutes.

Extempore Reflection on a given topic

In this round, the candidates have to present their views related to the topic based on the panel members. The topic can be offered only thrice and candidates have to choose from the three topics. The presentation has to be given for a duration of only 2 to 3 minutes.

Online personal interview

In this round, the panel will have a one-to-one meeting with the candidate in the online mode. In this round, they will ask questions to check the candidate’s preparedness, problem-solving skills and overall subject knowledge.

2. Final Selection

Based on the two previous rounds, the candidates will be offered a place in the TISSNET Counselling 2024 process. The successful candidates will be subjected to the seat allotment round. Know about the level-wise weightage in the section below.

Steps to Fill TISSNET DAF 2024

Candidates participating in the TISSNET Counselling 2024 have to fill out the DAF (Detailed Application Form). The TISSNET DAF will be released in online mode. TISSNET Seat Allotment 2024

After the TISSNET Counselling 2024 process is over, the college will cross-verify the documents as submitted by the college. Once the round is over, TISS Mumbai will announce the seat allotment result. This seat allotment result for TISSNET 2024 comprises the candidate’s name, course and college assigned to them. Candidates can go through the same to know if they have qualified for the admission round. The successful students have to complete the admission formalities and pay the admission fee for the B.Ed programme. TISSNET 2024 Reservation Policy

The TISSNET reservation policy is applicable to the total seats announced for the Integrated course. The candidates will be offered admission based on the seats that are reserved for the category. Presently, the college offers admission based on the reservation policy as prescribed by the central government. TISSNET 2024 Admission Fee

Presently, there will be four semesters in the B.Ed programmes and the fee for each will vary. The candidates will be required to pay the admission fee for each TISSNET B.Ed course separately. The total fee for the TISSNET 2024 course is going to be 1.33 lakhs for the Integrated Programme. The candidates who qualify for the TISSNET Counselling 2024 have to pay the admission fee applicable for the course.

TISSNET 2024 Waitlist

The college releases the TISSNET B.Ed wait list for the seats that remain vacant after the counselling round is over. The waitlist is released to fill the vacant seats for the B.Ed programme. The TISSNET 2024 waitlist will be released in online mode as a PDF format. The candidates have to use their login credentials email ID and Password to check their overall status for the TISSNET admission. Candidates whose name is found on the candidates have to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats in the college.

• The candidates who are offered admission to the programme lower in the preference order will be retained until the seats for the programme are filled
• Candidates who are offered admission to the TISSNET B.Ed programme will not be kept in the wait list of other programmes
• If a candidate has already been admission to any programme based on the first merit list. Then, the candidate can get admission to a different programme if they are offered a high preference in the wait list

TISSNET Seat Matrix 2024

Candidates who qualify for the TISSNET Counselling 2024 will be eligible for admission to the college. The college has merely 50 seats for the Integrated B.Ed M.Ed programme. The competent authorities will consider the candidates whose name is found on the merit list. The seat matrix is segregated based on the different categories of candidates.

TISSNET 2024 Participating Colleges

The admission to TISSNET B.Ed programme is offered to candidates who excel in written examinations and counselling rounds. Presently, the college offers only 50 seats for the Integrated B.Ed M.Ed programme. The candidates whose rank is high in the merit list will be eligible for admission to the 3-year Integrated programme. The successful candidates will get admission to the Centre of Excellence in Teacher Education.
