UTET 2025 notification has been officially released by the Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE). The notification states that the registration dates are from 10 July to 5 August 2025. UTET 2025 Exam Date
UTET 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on 27th September 2025 by the Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education. The exam will take place in two shifts on the same day: Paper 1 (for Classes 1–5) will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, while Paper 2 (for Classes 6–8) will be conducted from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Candidates should download their admit cards in advance and check all details carefully, as the test will be held in offline (pen-and-paper) mode.
UTET 2025 Eligibility
UTET 2025 eligibility criteria are set by the Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) and vary for candidates applying to teach Primary (Classes 1–5) and Upper Primary (Classes 6–8) levels. There is no upper age limit, and candidates can attempt the exam any number of times.

| UTET I | - Candidates must have completed Senior Secondary (or an equivalent examination) with at least 50% marks and have either passed or be appearing in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed/BTC).Alternatively, Senior Secondary with a minimum of 45% marks and having passed or currently appearing in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (as per NCTE 2002 regulations) is accepted.Those who have secured at least 50% marks in Senior Secondary and have passed or are appearing in the final year of a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) are also eligible.Senior Secondary with a minimum of 50% marks along with passing or appearing in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) is also considered valid for eligibility.- Graduation and passed/appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed/BTC)- Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)- Shiksha Mitra with D.El.Ed from IGNOU (passed) |
