WB TET 2024, Notification, Eligibility Criteria, Exam Pattern

• Intermediate/Senior Secondary with at least 45% of the possible points, or pursuing the last year of a two-year elementary education diploma.
• Candidates who identify as SC, ST, or differently abled may be eligible for a 5% relaxation, or any other percentage that the Andhra Pradesh government permits, while applying to teacher education programs. This relaxation is calculated using the minimum qualifying marks at the intermediate or senior secondary level.
• Senior secondary or intermediate school with at least 50% of the possible points, or enrolled in the last year of a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education program (B. E/. Ed).
• Senior Secondary/Intermediate with at least 45% of the possible points, or enrolled in the last year of a two-year diploma program in education (special education).
• Aspirants who qualified before August 2010 are eligible with the aforementioned qualification or percentage of marks, according to the NCTE norms of August 2010.
• Pass or seek the last year of a two-year elementary education credential for a B.Sc., B.A., or B. Com.

• B.A., B.Com, or B.Sc. A minimum of 45% in order to pass and continue on to the one-year bachelor’s program in education.
• For ST, SC, and applicants with different abilities, a 5% relaxation of the minimum qualifying marks in the 12th class or senior secondary level is permitted.
• Candidates who are ST, SC, BC, or differently abled are eligible for a quantum relaxation in accordance with Andhra Pradesh state government directives that were given at the time of admission to the relevant teacher education program with qualifying marks in B.A., B.Com, or B.Sc. degree.
• Applicants may still apply for paper 2 (a) (b) if they have completed post-graduation coursework in pertinent disciplines but lack the necessary percentage in their bachelor’s degree.
• Earn a passing grade of at least 50% in B.A., B.Sc., or B.Com.
