The written examination will be conducted in two phases on 7th and 14th September 2025. The exams will be held in a single shift from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. Below, we have provided the important WBSSC Assistant Teacher 2025 Exam Day Guidelines. Candidates must carefully follow these instructions to avoid any last-minute issues and ensure a smooth examination experience at the test center.
Reach the centre early: Candidates should reach the examination centre at least one hour before the reporting time to avoid last-minute rush. Late entry to the exam hall will not be allowed under any circumstances.
Carry your admit card and valid ID: Don’t forget to bring a printed copy of your admit card and a valid photo ID (such as Aadhaar card, Voter ID, PAN card, or Passport). Entry will not be permitted without these documents.
Use of black or blue ballpoint pen only: The exam is OMR-based, so make sure to carry at least two black or blue ballpoint pens to mark your answers properly. Don’t use gel pens or pencils.
Electronic items are strictly prohibited: Items like mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, or any other electronic gadgets are not allowed inside the exam centre. Violation may lead to cancellation of candidature.
Check your seat number and room details carefully: On reaching the centre, check your room number and roll number from the list displayed at the entrance and proceed accordingly without creating crowding.
Fill the OMR sheet carefully: Fill in your roll number, question booklet number, and other details properly on the OMR sheet. Wrong entries may lead to your sheet being rejected.
