Steps To Fill GSET Application Form 2025

The GSET Application Form 2025 can be completed in two mandatory steps which are paying the examination fee and registering online. It is important for candidates to carefully follow each step to ensure successful submission. All applications must be submitted through the official website, and candidates should prepare necessary documents like a passport-size photograph, signature, and academic certificates before starting. 

This guide explains each step in detail to help aspirants apply smoothly and avoid errors.

Step 1: Pay Examination Fee

• Visit the official GSET website, @gujaratset.ac.in, to pay the examination fee.

• Payment can be made online only via credit card, debit card, or net banking.

• Three payment gateway options are available: SBIePay, Easebuzz, and Surepay (PayGov)

• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.

• After successful payment, print the examination fee receipt.

• Note down and preserve the following for Step 2 (registration):

• Order Number

• Payment Reference ID (SBIePay Reference ID, Surepay transaction ID, or Easepay ID)

• Keep the transaction receipt safe for future reference.

Step 2: Register Online for GSET Examination

• Before starting registration, ensure you have a scanned passport-size photograph in JPEG format (max 100 KB).

• Visit the official website: @gujarathset.ac.in and click on “Step 2 – Register Online for GSET”.

• Use your Order Number and Payment Reference ID to log in.

• Fill out the online application form carefully:

1. Personal details (Name, Date of Birth, Category, Disability category)

2. Academic details

3. Subject opted for and exam centre preference

4. Upload scanned passport-size photo (≤100 KB) and signature

• Confirm that all details are accurate. No corrections are allowed after submission.

• Submit the application form and take a printout of the filled form for future reference.

• If the uploaded photograph does not appear correctly on the printout: Email the scanned passport-size photo with registration details to info@gujaratset.ac.in for correction.

Note: 

1. Downloading the examination hall ticket and checking seating arrangement is the candidate’s responsibility. Gujarat SET Office will not send emails or SMS reminders.

2. To avoid last-minute issues, apply early. Network or technical problems near the deadline will not be the responsibility of GSET.

GSET Application Fee 2025

The GSET application fee must be paid before filling out the form according to the official notification.After that, the candidates will be able to fill out the application form for GSET 2025. Without a successful payment, registration will not proceed.

It must be noted that application fee payment must be made online via debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI. Once paid, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except for failed transactions handled by the bank.

Note: Candidates are advised to avoid multiple payments for the same application.

The GSET Apply Online Link 2025 will be active only on the official website during the registration window. No other portal or website is authorized to accept applications as per the official site. Candidates can complete their GSET Registration 2025 through the official apply online link during the registration window.

Documents Required to Fill Out GSET Application Form 2025

Prior to filling out the GSET Application Form 2025, candidates should arrange the following documents and details:

• Recent passport-size photograph (JPEG, 20 KB–50 KB)

• Scanned signature (JPEG, 10 KB–30 KB)

• Postgraduate degree/mark sheet

• Category certificate (SC/ST/SEBC/EWS) issued by the Gujarat State authorities only

• PwD/VH certificate (if applicable)

• Valid Government ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, Voter ID, or Driving License)

• Payment details (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI)

Note: As per the official notification, OBC certificates issued by Central Government are not valid. For GSET 2025, only SEBC certificates issued by the Gujarat State government will be considered valid.
