| PG result awaited | Candidates appearing in or awaiting the result of the PG Degree must complete their degree within 2 years from the date of the NET examination. They are required to submit their result with the required percentage; otherwise, they will be considered disqualified. |
| PhD Holders | PhD holders whose master’s degree was completed on September 19, 1991, are eligible for a 5% relaxation in aggregate marks. |
UGC NET Commerce Exam Age Limit
- For JRF (Junior Research Fellowship), the maximum age limit is 30 years. However, candidates belonging to OBC-NCL (Central list available on www.ncbc.nic.in), SC, ST, PwD, and third gender categories, as well as women applicants, can avail a relaxation of up to 5 years.
- Similarly, candidates with research experience in the relevant/related subject of their post-graduation degree, limited to a maximum of 5 years, will receive relaxation if they provide a certificate from an appropriate authority.
- Those with an L.L.M. degree will get a 3-year age relaxation, and candidates with experience in the armed forces will receive a 5-year relaxation based on their service duration. The total age relaxation, in any case, should not exceed 5 years.
- For Assistant Professors at UGC-NET, there is no upper age limit.
- There is no upper age limit in applying for UGC-NET for Admission to PhD.

UGC NET Commerce Answer Key 2024
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the provisional answer key(s) and attempted question paper on their website, https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in/ and https://ugcnet.ntaonline.in. The provisional answer key(s) will be available for two to three days. Candidates need to pay Rs. 200 per challenged answer key online as a non-refundable processing fee. Only challenges made through the designated link within the stipulated time will be considered. Challenges without justification, evidence, or after the specified time period, and those filed on any other medium besides the prescribed link, will not be entertained.UGC NET Commerce Result 2024
The NTA will declare the results for the December 2024 session of UGC NET online. Candidates can check their results by entering their application number and birth date or password. The UGC NET 2024 Result will consist of the candidate's information, marks obtained, and qualifying status. The result will be based on the final UGC NET Answer key.
