UPSC CAPF Body Tattoo Eligibility

  • Presence of no deafness or chronic ear discharge in the applicant.
  • The ear channel should be free from any additional conditions, whether congenital or acquired, that could block it. This includes conditions like meatal atresia, exostosis, or tumors. Furthermore, there should be no past instances of recurring earache, tinnitus, or vertigo.
Nose DNS (deviated nasal septum), atrophic rhinitis, tuberculous ulceration, and chronic sinusitis are unacceptable.
Neck The candidate should not have any swollen lymph nodes, thyroid, or other swellings in the neck, difficulty fully extending the neck, or indications of spinal or cervical vertebral disease.
Teeth To ensure proper mastication, the candidate must have an adequate number of healthy teeth. Candidates must not have severe pyorrhea.
Venereal Disease
  • Candidates should have no history of venereal disease. Furthermore,
  • there should be no current clinical signs or indications of any active venereal disease.
Chronic skin disorders
  • The candidate must not have any chronic skin diseases, including leprosy, chronic eczema, dermatitis, widespread Pityriasis Versicolor, psoriasis, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), or other skin conditions.

If a candidate has previously undergone LASIK surgery, they must meet the following criteria:

  1. Age: Between 18 and 35 years.
  2. Axial length of the eye: 21-26 mm.
  3. Corneal thickness: 425 microns.
  4. Pre-LASIK refractive error: Up to 6 diopters.
  5. Post-operative stability: The refractive flap should have undergone a stable period for at least 6 months after the surgery.

  6. Employment in Government Service: Candidates employed in any government service, temporarily or permanently, or as work-charged employees (except daily or casual rated employees) or those serving under any Public Enterprises must submit an undertaking.
  7. Previous Selection for CAPF: Candidates who have already been selected for the Central Armed Police Force in a previous CAPF exam will not be eligible to appear for a subsequent exam for the same post in the CAPF.

UPSC CAPF Non-Eligible Candidates

Candidates currently employed in a government service or public enterprise must submit a Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) as part of the document verification process. The NOC should be in written form and state that they have applied for the examination. It must be sent to the Head of Office/Department where they are employed.
