The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the UPSC CSE Final Result 2026 (2025 cycle) on March 6, 2026. A total of 958 candidates have been recommended after the result announcement. Pakshal Secretry from Bagh (Bihar) has secured All India Rank (AIR) 8 in the Union Public Service Commission Civil Services Exam 2025.

Pakshal Secretry was born in 2001. He is from Bagh (Bihar).  Currently, he lives in Delhi (India). Both his mother and father are self-employed. His parents always supported his education and encouraged him to work hard. It helped him to shape his plans and appear for the UPSC CSE prestigious competitive exam.  He qualified for the exam on his third attempt and secured AIR 8. 

Pakshal Education

Pakshal completed his B.Sc. from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur). He showed his active participation in the academic and research program-related activities.  He received the Director’s Gold Medal for Excellence in Community Service at IIT Kanpur. This award was given to him for his contribution to social work and for helping the community. Pakshal also showed research interest. He received the Best Paper Award for his research on the “New-New Trade Theory of International Trade.” This achievement shows his strong interest in economics and academic research.

UPSC Preparation Journey

Pakshal Secretry cleared the UPSC Civil Services Exam in his third attempt. His journey was not easy. He stayed focused and continued working hard every year. He joined the UPSC Wallah SRIJAN Mains Batch 2025 (Hinglish)in the preparation journey.
