Shakti Dubey topped the UPSC 2025 exam. She studied Biochemistry at the University of Allahabad and chose Political Science & International Relations as her optional subject. Shakti has a strong academic background and is also a mentor. Her mix of science knowledge and interest in PSIR helped her reach the top.
Shakti Dubey secured an impressive 843 marks in the written examination and 200 marks in the personality test, making a final total of 1043 marks. With this outstanding performance, Shakti determined the top rank in the UPSC 2025 list.
Harshita Goyal got the second rank in UPSC 2025. She studied Commerce at Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Even though she came from a commerce background, she picked Political Science & International Relations as her optional subject. Her smart choice and balanced approach helped her do really well in the exam.
Harshita Goyal scored 851 marks in the written exam and added 187 marks from the interview round. Her final total stands at 1038 marks, placing her proudly in the second position overall.
Dongre Archit Parag, an engineering graduate from VIT in Tamil Nadu, secured the third rank. He has a BTech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and chose Philosophy as his optional subject. His logical thinking from engineering and thoughtful approach from philosophy helped him stand out.
Dongre Archit Parag performed exceptionally well, earning 848 marks in the written stage and 190 marks in the interview. With a final score of 1038 marks, he shares a very close overall standing with Harshita Goyal.

Margi Chirag Shah studied Computer Engineering at Gujarat Technological University in Ahmedabad. She chose Sociology as her optional subject and got the fourth rank in UPSC 2025. Her ability to mix technical knowledge with social understanding worked really well for her.
Shah Margi Chirag showcased brilliant consistency, scoring 825 marks in the written examination and an impressive 210 marks in the interview round, culminating in a final total of 1035 marks.
Aakash Garg, who studied Computer Science at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in Delhi, secured the fifth position. He picked Sociology as his optional subject. His combination of tech skills and interest in society helped him succeed in the exam.
