PWNSAT 2026-27 is known as the Physics Wallah National Scholarship cum Admission Test. It is a scholarship and admission test conducted by Physics Wallah (PW) for students. The test gives students a chance to check their preparation, compete at the national level, and win scholarships and cash rewards.
PWNSAT 2026 season is open for students from Classes 5 to 12 and droppers. Students can appear for the test in online or offline mode. The test also gives students a chance to get up to a 100% scholarship and take part in different learning opportunities.
PWNSAT offers many benefits to students. The top 500 students can get free education and scholarship opportunities. Cash prizes worth up to ₹2.5 crore are also available through PWNSAT Prodigy. The total scholarship pool is up to ₹250 crore.

PWNSAT 2026 dates include the Level 1 exam and the PWNSAT Prodigy exam. The Level 1 online exam will be held daily from October 1 to October 15, 2026. The offline exam will be held on October 3, 4, 10 and 11, 2026. PWNSAT Prodigy, which is Level 2, will be held on November 1, 2026. PWNSAT Level 2 Exam Dates will be communicated via Whatsapp/SMS to the registered mobile number and also through the PW App.

The Level 1 exam can be taken in both online and offline modes. The online exam has a 24-hour window. The offline exam will be held in two shifts, from 10 AM to 11 AM and 4 PM to 5 PM.
The exam duration is 60 minutes. Students get 4 marks for every correct answer. There is no negative marking in Level 1.
Students from Classes 5 to 12 and droppers can appear for this level.

PWNSAT Prodigy is the Level 2 stage of the scholarship test. Students are shortlisted for this stage based on their Level 1 performance. Students recommended by their schools can also appear. Prodigy exam will be held on November 1, 2026. It will be an offline exam at PW Vidyapeeth Centres. The duration is 60 minutes. Students get 4 marks for each correct answer, and 1 mark is deducted for each wrong answer. The detailed syllabus and question pattern will be shared with students who qualify for the Prodigy exam.
PWNSAT Prodigy gives cash rewards to students based on their ranks and classes. Apart from cash rewards, selected students can also get access to learning resources such as Olympiad batches, mock tests, formula books, NCERT-based comic content and animation-based learning through the Pi OTT Batch.
