FACT Apprentice Recruitment 2025: The Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT), a Government of India enterprise, has released the Apprentice Recruitment 2025 notification for candidates on 25th August 2025. A total of 84 vacancies are available for Graduate and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices in multiple engineering subjects. 

The last date to submit the online Google Form is September 20, 2025, while the hard copy of the application must reach us by September 25, 2025. Selected candidates will undergo one year of training with a stipend of ₹12,000 for graduates and ₹9,000 for diploma holders. Selection is based on academic merit for Kerala candidates.

FACT Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Online Form

The application process for FACT Apprentice Recruitment 2025 is both online and offline for the candidates. Candidates must first complete the Google Form by 20th September 2025, by making sure all details are correctly filled. 

After that, they should download the application form from the official FACT website, attach the required documents, and send it via Registered Post to the Senior Manager (Training), FACT Training and Development Centre, Udyogamandal, so as to reach on or before 25th September 2025. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.

FACT Apprentice Salary 2025

FACT provides a fixed monthly stipend to apprentices as per the Apprentices Act. Graduate apprentices will get ₹12,000 per month, while diploma apprentices will receive ₹9,000 per month.

FACT Apprentice Selection Process 2025

The selection of candidates will be merit-based. FACT will prepare a merit list by giving equal weightage to the qualifying exam and the previous academic level (12th/10th). No written test or interview is mentioned, making this a transparent process. Candidates must also note that only Kerala domicile candidates will be considered.

• Graduate Apprentices: 50% marks from Graduation + 50% marks from Class 12.

• Diploma Apprentices: 50% marks from Diploma + 50% marks from Class 10.

• Tie-breaking will be done based on higher qualification marks, and if still tied, subject-wise marks (Maths, Physics, Chemistry for graduates; Maths and Science for diploma).

• The final list will be available on the FACT website and will be notified through email.
