HCL Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Eligibility
Individuals who wish to apply for HCL Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2024 must fulfill the specific eligibility criteria discussed below. Candidates failing to meet the eligibility norms will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment drive:
Educational Qualification
Candidates must be passed the 10th examination under the 10+2 scheme and ITI Certificate in the relevant trades from a recognized Institution.
Candidates possessing higher professional qualifications such as Diploma / B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent shall not be considered. Additionally, candidates having higher academic qualifications like B.A./B.Sc./B.Com., etc. will not be given any additional weightage.
Age Limit
The age limit of aspirants to apply for HCL Apprentice Recruitment 2024 should be between
18 to 25 years
. The age relaxation of 5 years is admissible for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates to the maximum age limit as per the government norms.
HCL Apprentice 2024 Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on the merit of marks obtained in ITI & 10th. ITI in relevant trades covers a weightage of 30% and a weightage of 70% shall be given to marks scored in 10th board. In cases where no ITI is required [Like in the trades of Mate (Mines) & Blaster (Mines)], 100% weightage will be given to marks scored in the 10th Board. If two or more candidates secure equal marks while preparing a merit list, then the candidate having an older age would be preferred.
