MPUVNL AE Educational Qualification

Applicants must possess full-time regular BE/B.Tech. or AMIE degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering from AICTE/UGC approved University/Institute with a minimum of 65% marks for UR/OBC category or 55% marks for SC/ST/ Specially abled (PWD)/EWS category of M.P. Domicile.

MPUVNL AE Selection Process 2025

The selection of applicants will be solely based on their performance in the Online Examination. The exam will comprise 100 multiple choice questions carrying one mark each. The time duration for the exam will be 2 hours and there will be no negative marking for wrong answers. 

In order to qualify for the examination, UR candidates need to obtain at least 40% marks while reserved category applicants need to secure 30% marks.

MPUVNL AE Salary 2025

Candidates appointed for the role of Assistant Engineer in MPUVNL will earn a handsome pay scale of Level 12 with an initial salary of Rs. 56,100/-. Selected candidates will be on probation for two years.

Candidates will be appointed in a regular cadre after the successful completion of the probation period. In addition to the basic pay, candidates will be entitled to admissible Dearness allowance, HRA + other applicable allowances as per MPUVNL rules.
