NIOT Chennai Apprentice Recruitment 2024: The National Institute of Ocean Technology, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Earth Sciences has released an official notification for the engagement of Graduate and Diploma Apprentices to fill up 25 seats in various disciplines as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961. Candidates holding a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in the relevant fields may appear for the walk-in drive scheduled to be held on 2 December 2024.
In order to appear for NIOT Chennai Apprentice Recruitment 2024, candidates are required to enroll on the NATS Portal, nats.education.gov.in. The selection of applicants will be purely based on their performance in the walk-in interview. The engagement of candidates will be done for a duration of one year with a monthly stipend of Rs. 8,000 to 9,000/-.

Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess full-time B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering and B.Sc (Chemistry/Biology/Physics) / B.Sc (Comp. Sci) / BCA / B.Com. / B.LIS. from a recognized University or Institute.
Age Limit (as on 02.12.2024)
The minimum age limit of applicants should be 18 years and the maximum age limit should not exceed 30 years. The upper age limit is relaxable 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (NCL) category.
