• Educational Qualification - Full-time Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/ Electrical (Power) / Electrical & Electronics / Power Systems Engineering / Power Engineering (Electrical) / Civil/ Mechanical / Fire Technology and Safety disciplines from a recognized Technical Board / Institute with a minimum of 55% marks. Higher Qualification like B.Tech/ B.E./ M.Tech / M.E. etc with or without Diploma is not allowed.
• Age Limit - The upper age of candidates should not exceed 29 years as on 25.03.2025. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per the government rules.
• Experience - Candidates must have a minimum of one year post-qualification experience in safety implementation at work sites. 

POWERGRID Field Supervisor Selection Process 2025

The selection of applicants will be made on the basis of scrutiny of applications w.r.t. eligibility criteria and desired experience profile followed by a Screening Test.

The Screening Test will consist of two sections i.e. Technical Knowledge Test (50 questions) and General Aptitude (25 questions). The minimum qualifying marks for unreserved and EWS categories would be 40% and 30% for reserved vacancies.

POWERGRID Field Supervisor Salary 2025

Candidates selected for the role of Field Supervisor (Safety) on contract-basis will be paid a monthly emoluments of Rs 23,000-3%-1,05,000/- with initial basic pay of Rs 23,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA+ Perks@35% of Basic Pay. Contract personnel will get an increment of 3% after completion of each contract year.
