UPSSSC JE Paper 1
The paper 1 for the UPSSSC JE Exam 2024 will comprise a total of 175 multiple choice questions from General Hindi & English, General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge, and Computer sections. Candidates will get the total time duration to attempt Paper 1 will be 120 minutes. Candidates who will clear the UPSSSC JE Paper 1 with a good score will be shortlisted for the next phase.
UPSSSC JE Paper 2
The UPSSSC JE Paper 2 will consist of 125 questions from the concerned subjects of Civil Engineering. Each question will carry 3 marks for the correct attempt. Aspirants will be required to attempt the question paper in a stipulated time i.e. 2 hours. Paper 2 will test the comprehensive knowledge of aspirants in their core discipline. The candidates who pass paper 2 will be considered to appear for the next round.
UPSSSC JE Interview
The interview is the third phase of the UPSSSC Junior Engineer Selection Process in which the candidates qualified in Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be interviewed by the authorities to test their logical ability, personality, communication skills and problem-solving ability. The interview will have a weightage of 250 marks and candidates need to score the required marks to get shortlist.

The document verification will be made by the authorities of UPSSSC after Paper 1, Paper 2 and Interview.
