The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has announced the IBPS Clerk Exam Date 2025 for CRP RRBs-XIV for the prelims and mains exam. As per the schedule outlined in the IBPS Calendar, the IBPS RRB Clerk Prelims Exam is scheduled to be held on 6th, 7th, 13th & 14th December 2025 in multiple shifts each day, and the IBPS RRB Clerk Mains Exam is scheduled to commence on 1st February 2026.

Steps to Apply for IBPS RRB Clerk Recruitment 2025 

1. Visit the Official IBPS Website: Go to the official IBPS website at www.ibps.in.

2. Navigate to IBPS RRB Section: Click on the "CRP RRBs" link on the homepage, then select the year- 2025and post - Office Assistant/Clerk.

3. Register as a New User: Click on "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" and fill in your basic details such as name, father's name, and email ID. After registration, you will receive a registration ID and password.

4. Upload Required Documents: Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, handwritten declaration, and left thumb impression as per the specifications.

5. Fill the Application Form: Enter your personal details, educational qualifications, and work experience (if any). Choose your preferences for Regional Rural Banks in order of priority.

6. Review the Application: Carefully check all the details you have entered. Once submitted, no changes can be made.

• Qualifying: Candidates must clear both sectional and overall cut-offs to qualify for the Mains exam

2. Mains Exam (Objective)

• Sections: Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge in both English/Hindi Language
• Total Questions: 200 (40 per section)
• Maximum Marks: 200
• Duration of Mains Exam: 2 hours (120 Minutes)
• Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each incorrect answer
• Qualifying: Final merit is based on marks obtained in the Mains exam only

For Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) -  Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02.06.1997 and later than 01.06.2007 (both dates inclusive).

• The preliminary exam consists of 80 questions.
• The maximum score for the prelims exam is 80 marks.
• For each incorrect answer, a deduction of one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question is made.

• There is a negative marking of 1/4th marks will be deducted for every wrong answer attempted by a candidate
