All shortlisted candidates must attend the Pre-Employment Medical Examination scheduled for 1st September 2025. The reporting will be conducted in two sessions – 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The selection list contains the names of candidates who have cleared all stages of the recruitment exam. After the NIACL Assistant Result 2025, the selection list is prepared based on merit and category-wise cut-off. Candidates who made it to this list are offered final appointments.

In the case of married female candidates who have changed their name, a Marriage Certificate and Gazette Notification confirming the name change must be submitted.

SSC (10th) and HSC (12th) mark sheets with passing certificates
All semester/year-wise mark sheets of graduation along with the final degree or provisional certificate
Post-graduation certificates and mark sheets, if applicable
Caste Certificate for SC, ST, OBC, or EWS candidates, issued in the prescribed format by the competent authority.
Candidates with benchmark disabilities must produce a PwBD Certificate as per the RPwD Act, 2016, mentioning the type and percentage of disability.
A Unique Disability ID (UDID) Card must also be provided.

Relevant Proforma (A/B/C/D) as required
No Objection Certificate (NOC) or Relieving Letter from the present employer for candidates working in Government Departments, PSUs, Banks, Insurance Companies, or Financial Institutions.
Resigned candidates must submit a Relieving Letter from their previous employer.
An affidavit must be provided in case of any mismatch in the candidate’s Name, Date of Birth, or other details between the application form and original documents.
