SBI PO GD 2025: The SBI PO Group Discussion is the best to assess a canddidate's knowlegde, confidence, behavioral skills, personality qualities, teamwork and leadershop abilites.
A Batch of 10 candidates in a semi circle with two moderators (generally Retired Bankers). They will present the SBI Group Discussion related to current affairs and related topics. Candidates are allotted 5 minutes for the consideration of topics. It is advised to the candidates that not to look at them while the GD is still going on.

Through out the conversation during the SBI PO GD 2025, the panelist may ask questions to the members. A pen and Paper will be given to candidate so that they can take notes during the conversation.
The Panelists ends the discussion after 15 to 20 minutes and ask the participants to come to a final decision regardfing the topic.
The purpose of the Group Discussion (GD) round in the SBI PO 2025 is to evaluate candidates' knowledge of current events, capacity for critical thought, and aptitude for communication. Carefully read and comprehend the SBI PO GD topic. Identify the key theme and underlying issues. Analyze the topic from multiple perspectives, considering pros and cons to form balanced arguments.
2. Stay Updated on Current Affairs
Read newspapers, journals, and reliable online sources daily to keep abreast of current events, economic developments, and government policies. Make notes of important points and revise them regularly to use relevant examples during the discussion.
3. Practice Effective Communication Skills
Speak clearly, confidently, and politely with a moderate tone and good voice modulation. Avoid filler words like “umm” or “like.” Use simple language and short sentences to convey your ideas effectively.
Maintain eye contact and a straight posture to project confidence.
4. Be a Team Player
Remember GD is not a debate but a collaborative discussion to reach a conclusion. Listen actively to others without interrupting and acknowledge good points by nodding or agreeing. Build on others’ ideas respectfully and avoid dominating or shouting in the group. Help steer the group towards a consensus or conclusion.
5. Manage Your Participation Smartly
