Small Industries Development Bank of India has announced a total of 76 Grade A and B (General & Specialist Stream) posts. As per the recruitment drive, candidates will be selected based on their performance in Phase 1, Phase 2, and the Interview round.

SIDBI Grade A and B Exam Pattern 2025
Aspiring candidates need to appear in the SIDBI Grade A and B Phase 1 and Phase 2 exams to get selected for Grade A and B (General & Specialist Stream) posts. - There are objective questions in the exam.
- The sections included in the SIDBI Phase 1 Exam are Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and more.
- The SIDBI Grade A exam is conducted for a total of 200 marks, with a duration of 120 minutes (2 hours).
- In the objective sections, there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
- The subjects English Language, Reasoning Aptitude, Quantitative Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge are considered qualifying and do not count towards the final score.

Phase II Syllabus
Paper 1 - English Language (Descriptive): Essay, Précis Writing, Comprehension, Business/Office Correspondence (typed online in English or Hindi; 3 questions in 75 minutes; 75 marks).
Paper 2 – Objective and Descriptive (Stream-specific):
For the General Stream, topics include MSME-related subjects such as policy, regulatory & legal framework; finance & management; due diligence/KYC; financial ratios; term loan/working capital assessment; documentary credit; NPA/recovery including IRAC norms; NBFC financing; credit risk; investment banking; merchant banking; AIFs; ARCs; MSME development.
Descriptive questions focus on MSME/financial topics (4 out of 10 questions; 2 questions of 15 marks each and 2 questions of 10 marks each; 75 minutes)
