Applicants should have at least 60% marks (or 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Those holding professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are also eligible.
Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Law or Engineering from a recognized university or institution, with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD), can also apply.
MBA/ PGDM [in Any Discipline (the course must be of full-time 2 years)] / from a University/ Institution recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC) / Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. regulatory bodies.
Experience Required
Minimum of two years’ experience in credit management, specifically in MSME, corporate lending, or providing loans for trading and small business purposes.

Entities dealing in Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) registered with SEBI
Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) registered with the RBI
Subsidiary of Scheduled Commercial Banks dealing in the MSME segment
Project management (viz. administration and implementation of projects/ Schemes of national importance) with consultancy firms of national stature having experience of consulting & project management in a similar line for more than 10 years, and should have specific experience of consulting/ Project management, Government project implementation / Govt. Project management / Digital project related to lending / Consultancy for the Govt. Projects.

The age limit of requirements for SIDBI Recruitment 2025 (Grade A and B) as of July 14, 2025, is as follows:
Grade A (Assistant Manager): Minimum age is 21 years, and maximum age is 30 years. Candidates must be born between 14th July 1995 and 15th July 2004 (both dates inclusive).
Grade B (Manager): Minimum age is 25 years and maximum age is 33 years. Candidates must be born between July 14, 1992 and July 15, 2000 (both dates inclusive)
