Steps to Fill ICMR JRF Application Form 2024

Step 1: Registration

1. Visit the Official Website : Access the ICMR official website at http://icmr.nic.in.
2. Navigate to JRF Section : Look for the JRF section on the homepage or under the "Fellowships" tab.
3. Register Online : Create an account by entering your basic details such as name, email address, mobile number, etc. Generate a unique registration ID and password.

Step 2: Application Form Fill-up

1. Login : Use the registration ID and password to login to your account.
2. Fill the Application Form : Carefully fill in the online application form with accurate personal, educational, and contact details. Ensure all information provided is correct to avoid rejection.
3. Upload Documents : Scan and upload required documents such as photograph, signature, educational certificates, category certificate (if applicable), etc., as per the specified formats and sizes.

Step 3: Payment of Application Fee

1. Fee Payment : Proceed to pay the application fee through the provided online payment gateway. The fee varies based on the candidate's category (General/OBC/SC/ST).
2. Confirmation : After successful payment, a confirmation receipt will be generated. Save a copy for future reference.

Step 4: Submission

1. Review : Before final submission, review all details filled in the form and ensure accuracy.
2. Submit : Once satisfied, submit the application form. No changes can be made after submission.

Step 5: Print Application Form

1. Print : After submission, print a copy of the completed application form for your records.

Status of ICMR JRF Registration 2024

• An acknowledgement of successful registration will be sent to the applicant's registered Email ID.
• The registration/application form will remain "Under Review" until the uploaded images and eligibility support documents are verified.
• Admit cards for accepted registration/application forms will only be uploaded on the website.
• If you're unable to find the status of your registration/application form or admit card on the website, you can:
  • Write an email to the Registrar, PGIMER at icmrexampgichd@gmail.com
  • Contact 0172-2755561,67 with full particulars of your Registration Form

ICMR JRF Application Form 2024 Important Instructions

• Keep a few identical photographs in reserve : Keep a few identical copies of your passport-sized photograph for use at the time of Entrance Examination/Admission.
• Matching photographs : Ensure that there is no deviation or discrepancy between your actual appearance at the time of examination and the facial appearance in the photograph pasted on the application/admit card. Any discrepancy can lead to re jection.
• Print out application form : Take TWO printouts of the Online Application Form by logging in with your login ID and password. Affix the same passport-size photograph (which was uploaded with the online form) on it.
• Do not send the application form to ICMR : Do not send the printed application form to ICMR, New Delhi. Instead, keep it safe with you.
• Submit application form after declaration of final result : After the declaration of final result, you will need to submit this application printout with photograph affixed on it to ICMR, New Delhi.
