BHU PG Counselling 2025 forms are available on the official website of BHU. The only criterion to get admission in BHU for different PG courses is a candidate’s CUET PG 2025 score. There shall be 4 rounds under BHU PG Seat Allotments 2025 as per the official notification. Starting from 14 July 2025, the seat allotment process will end on 1st August 2025. The commencement of the seat allotment rounds after the round 1 will be subjected to the availability of vacant seats in the particular PG course. Candidates must be aware that the registration form filling facility will be followed by a Group Discussion/PI/Physical Fitness test from June 30 to July 6, 2025.

BHU PG 2025 Counselling Registration forms are still available on the university’s website for the CUET PG qualified students. Further, applicants must be aware that 10 June is the last date for filling out the BHU PG 2025 counselling registration forms. Candidates can fill out the BHU PG 2025 Counselling Registration forms till 10 June 2025. After that, only the application correction facility will be available for the candidates who had registered within the specified time frame. No new registration will be possible then.
Therefore, it is recommended for the candidates to fill out the BHU PG 2025 counselling registration form before the deadline. Before filling out the application form, they must go through the latest information brochure to learn about the minimum marks required by a candidate in their graduation, plus their CUET PG 2025 scores. Candidates’ scores should be coherent with that eligibility criteria.
Further, to proceed with a smooth BHU PG 2025 counselling registration process, candidates must visit the official registration link as mentioned in the recent information prospectus. Or, they can use the following steps:
Step 1: Visit the SAMARTH portal for online registrations for BHU PG Counselling 2025.
Step 2: Here, candidates will be required to click on new registration.
Step 3: Now, candidates will need to enter their CUET PG application ID, and DOB.
Step 4: After filling out the registration form successfully, candidates must complete their application form by paying the required application fee.
After a candidate successfully submits the application form, they will be required to appear in physical fitness/PI/GD as scheduled by the university. After that, seat allotment process will take place in multiple phases.
Banaras Hindu University has specified particular amount of application fee to be submitted while filling out the BHU PG Counselling registration form 2025. The fee amounts are segregated on the basis of Indian reservation policies for students of different castes and categories. The application fees will be paid online. UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates will be required to pay ₹ 300.00 per program
SC/ST/PwBD candidates will be required to pay ₹150.0 per program

Marksheets and passing out certificates of class 10, class 12, and graduation.
Caste/category certificate(if applied)
Income certificate/domicile
Transfer/migration certificate

BHU PG Seat Allotments 2025 sessions are scheduled in four phases by the university. Candidates must be aware of the seat allotment dates to avoid missing any significant day of the counselling process.
As per the official information booklet:
Phase 1 seat allotment process will be carried out from July 14, 2025
Phase 2 seat allotment process will be carried out from 18 July 2025
Phase 3 allotment will be conducted from 29 July 2025
Final seat allotment process is expected to be held on 1 August 2025.
Note: It must be noted that the final or fourth seat allotment process will be held if a few seats remain vacant in PG programs. Also, the seat allotment process will be followed by the commencement of classes. The schedule for commencement of classes will be published by the BHU’s website later.
