Banaras Hindu University Admission 2023-24 for PhD course is now open for all the programs. Interested candidates can now apply for Banaras Hindu University Admission 2023-24 at the official website i.e., bhuonline.in . The last date to apply is December 27, 2023 . Candidates need to pay INR 600 and INR 200 for BHU-RET and RET-Exempted respectively.

  • BHU Admission 2024 for MBA is also open at the official website i.e., bhuonline.in. The last date to apply for Banaras Hindu University Admission 2023-24 MBA application is January 3, 2024.
  • NTA is going to conduct CUET UG 2024 exam from May 15 to 31 while CUET PG 2024 exam will be conducted from March 11 to 28, 2024. Students can fill out the application form at the official website i.e, cuet.samarth.ac.in (CUET UG), cuet.nta.nic.in (CUET PG).

Banaras Hindu University Admission UG Selection Criteria

BHU UG admissions are based on the scores achieved in CUET. The admission process commences after the CUET results are declared. Aspiring candidates who meet the university's eligibility criteria and cutoff marks will be invited to participate in additional selection rounds, which may include counseling and, in certain courses, interviews. Upon the announcement of the CUET result, candidates are required to register for the counseling rounds, enabling them to choose colleges based on their preferences and requirements.

CUET Exam has three sections:

  • Section I – This section is subdivided into two parts: Section IA and Section IB. Candidates are required to choose one language from a group of 13 different languages in Section IA, and one language from a set of 20 languages in Section IB.
  • Section II – Section II comprises a domain-specific section where candidates can choose up to 6 domains from a list of 27 options. It is crucial for candidates to make their domain selections thoughtfully, as these choices will play a vital role in determining their university preferences.
