CUET 2025 May 22 Exam Analysis

CUET 2025 MAY 22 Exam Analysis: CUET UG 2025 Day 8 exam was conducted successfully on May 22, 2025, in computer-based mode (CBT) across more than 300 cities in India and abroad. The National Testing Agency (NTA) held the exam in two shifts:

  • Shift 1: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM 

  • Shift 2: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Both shifts have now been concluded. Based on feedback from students at different exam centres, NTA conducted the CUET UG 2025 exam for subjects including English, General Test, History, Political Science, Economics, Accountancy, and Business Studies.The CUET 2025 question paper for UG subjects consisted of 50 multiple-choice questions, all mandatory to attempt. However, in the Accountancy paper, Unit V included optional questions.

CUET 2025: Accountancy Paper Pattern Changed

As per the latest announcement from NTA, Accountancy paper contained an optional question under Unit V. Students were not presented with both questions of Analysis of Financial Statements and Computerised Accounting System. Instead, they had to choose beforehand which unit they wanted to attempt. This update surprised most students and had an effect on their overall experience of the paper.

Those who appeared between May 13 and May 16 can either keep their original result or re-appear with the revised pattern. Detailed instructions will be released soon.

CUET UG 2025 May 22 Shift 1 Exam: Student Reactions and Feedback 

CUET UG 2025 exam for May 22, Shift 1, was successfully conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The exam was held in computer-based mode (CBT) across various cities in India and abroad. Each subject paper consisted of 50 questions, which candidates had to complete within 60 minutes. The second shift for the same day is scheduled from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

According to student feedback from various centres, attempting all three subject papers in one shift was challenging. The Accountancy and Mathematics papers were generally rated as moderate to difficult, while other subjects were considered easy. Many students mentioned that time management was an issue due to the level of complexity in some papers.

Mathematics

Numerical questions had more weightage. The paper was lengthy, covering calculus, probability, matrices & determinants, and differential equations (degree & order) with match-the-column type questions.

Business Studies

Some exam centres reported no case studies in the paper.

Accountancy

Some centres had no case studies. The paper focused on direct and theory-based questions.

CUET UG 2025 May 22 Shift 2 Exam: Student Reactions and Feedback 

Day 8 of the CUET UG 2025 concluded successfully on May 22, with the second shift ending at 6 PM. Based on feedback from candidates at various exam centers, the National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted exams for subjects including English, General Test, History, Political Science, Economics, Accountancy, and Business Studies. The CUET UG 2025 question paper consisted of 50 multiple-choice questions per subject, all mandatory, except in Accountancy where Unit V included optional questions.
