JEE Main Exam Structure: The JEE Main exam is conducted for admission to B.Tech/B.E. courses at various prestigious engineering institutions, including IITs, NITs, and other central and state universities. The structure is as follows:-
Paper 1 (B.Tech): The exam consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and numerical-based questions from three subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- The total duration of the exam is 3 hours.
- There are two sections in each subject (Section A: MCQs and Section B: Numerical questions).
- Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Planning): This paper is for candidates aspiring for architecture or planning courses. It includes Mathematics, Aptitude, and Drawing sections.
CUET UG Exam Structure: CUET UG is a multi-disciplinary exam for admissions to undergraduate programs at central universities and other participating institutions. It comprises:
- Section 1A: Language Test (candidates can choose from 13 languages, including Hindi, English, and others).
- Section 1B: Language Test (optional, candidates can choose from 19 additional languages).
- Section 2: Domain-Specific Subjects (such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, etc.), relevant for candidates applying to specialized programs in these fields.
