Here is the Assam Rifles Sports Quota eligibility 2025:

• Education: Candidates should have passed either their High School or Intermediate examination from a recognized board or 10th Exam Passed with Sports Person OR Equivalent Eligibility From Any Recognized Board/ Institutions in India.

• Marks: There is no minimum mark requirement in High School or Intermediate exams.

• Assam Rifles Sports Quota Recruitment 2025 age limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years old. Born not earlier than 02.08.1997 and not later than 01.08.2007

• Nationality: Only Indian citizens can apply.

• Sports Achievements: Applicants must have a strong sports background. They should have represented their state, region, or the country in recognized national or international sporting events and must have earned notable positions or awards for their performance.

Physical Standards (Height and Chest)

• General / SC / OBC Candidates:

• Male Height: 170 cm

• Female Height: 157 cm

• Male Chest: 80-85 cm

• ST Candidates (Except NE States):

• Male Height: 162.5 cm

• Female Height: 150 cm

• ST Candidates (NE States):

• Male Height: 157 cm

• Female Height: 147.5 cm

• Garhwali, Kumaoni, Dogra, Maratha and candidates from Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh:

• Male Height: 165 cm

• Female Height: 155 cm

• Candidates from NE States of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura:

• Male and female physical standards similar to above NE state as specified.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

• Male Candidates:

• 5 km run to be completed within 24 minutes

• 1.6 km run within 7 minutes (used for some posts)

• Female Candidates:

• 1.6 km run to be completed within 8.30 minutes

• 800 meters run within 5 minutes (used for some posts)

• Must submit an undertaking confirming they are not pregnant before undergoing PET; if pregnant (12 weeks or more), temporarily unfit and re-examined after confinement.
