The oldest training center of the border force, situated in Meru, Hazaribagh, hosted the event for the first time. Amit Shah attended BSF's 59th Raising Day in Jharkhand's Hazaribagh. He presided over the ceremonial parade, took a salute, and addressed the force. The scheduled program involved various activities of more than two hours, consisting the ceremonial parade salute, an address to BSF personnel, demonstrations, cultural programs, and a visit to the weapon exhibition and photo gallery.
